Our Team
We have seven physicians that are board certified in internal medicine, family practice, geriatrics, and/or psychiatry/neurology. One physician is certified in Acupuncture. In addition, GSC has two nurse practitioners who have extensive experience working with the geriatric population and are wound and ostomy certified. All providers are committed to delivering excellent care. You will be assigned one of the providers listed below as your primary care provider.
